Pelican Events and Catering is happy to provide services for both indoor and outdoor weddings. We have a flat rate fee added onto all outdoor weddings and events depending on how much equipment is needed.

Our Wedding Packages are based on a minimum of 50 guests and include all of the following:

 

Event Coordinator

Your coordinator will be by your side helping to organize your event

 

China and Cutlery

All the china and cutlery needed to service your event

 

Equipment

All necessary service equipment and food service presentation pieces, including salt and pepper, bread baskets and coffee and tea accessories

 

Water Glass & Pitcher               

A water glass at every place setting with one refillable water pitcher per table

 

Floor Length Linens (72x144)

Head table, gift and food service tables in white or black

 

Lap Length Linens (90x90)

Guest tables in white or black

 

Linen Serviettes

In white or black

Hostess and Service Staff

Professional, friendly and uniformed staff on site from set-up until 11pm

Late night staff are billed separately depending on service, location and guest count

 

Additional Fees:

 

Green site Fee

For all venues, backyard and outdoor events without an industrial kitchen will require a flat fee of $1,000.00 to include a pop up kitchen tent, kitchen tables, a convection oven with propane, a 6 burner stove with propane, an extension cord and garbage cans for the kitchen. Equipment needs and costs may vary depending on menu, location and timing

 

All Applicable Service Charges

All package pricing includes staffing.

Delivery, taxes and gratuities are additional to all charges noted.  Delivery charges vary based on location and timing.
