Each station includes all necessary linens for the station, cooking equipment, china plates and cutlery.


Minimum guest count of 35 applies (unless otherwise stated). Service staff not included.


A minimum of 3 hours at $36.00/hr will be charged for the Chef's to man the stations.

Medallions of grain fed chicken breast served with Shiitake mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, ripe olives, and a Marsala Sauce. Accompanied with your choice of Singapore noodles or steamed rice.


2oz Mignonettes of Beef Tenderloin (rolled in crushed pepper and sautéed with shallots, Brandy and enhanced with cream). Accompanied with your choice of Singapore noodles or steamed rice.

LATE NIGHT STATIONS - French Fry Station

Regular French Fries served with a variety of toppings: salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, vinegar, gravy, cheese sauce, sour cream, tomatoes, chives, Cheese curd and Chili flakes

LATE NIGHT STATIONS The Nacho Cheese Station

(Based on a min. guest count of 50)

Nacho cheese served with assorted nacho chips, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes and chives

Build Your Own Mini Sliders

(Based on a min. guest count of 50)

All beef and pulled pork sliders, served with crusty mini Kaisers accompanied by

 Ketchup, mustard, relish, sautéed onions and BBQ sauce
